With over seven years of experience as the Head of Compensation and Reward Management at PepsiCo, they have expertise in managing employee performance, claims, and rewards. Additionally, he has held versatile roles in financial analysis, auditing, and capital management, demonstrating a strong alignment of compensation strategies with business objectives. His experience also includes over seven years in Pakistan’s top pharmaceutical industry, excelling in brand and marketing management, selling skills, market research, and product launches.

Dr. Neyara Radwan is an Associate Professor of Industrial Engineering at AlMaarefa University in Saudi Arabia and the Faculty of Engineering at Suez Canal University in Egypt. She has also served as a key figure in Quality Assurance for various programs, including the PhD and MBA/EMBA at King Abdulaziz University. Dr. Radwan's work spans across multiple academic institutions and countries, and she has been deeply involved with accreditation bodies such as ABET, AMBA, and AACSB.

Her research interests include sustainability, renewable energy, supply chain management, solid waste management, and optimization. She has made significant international contributions through numerous publications and keynote addresses at over 80 conferences worldwide. In addition, she holds memberships in prestigious academic and scientific organizations like the Global Education Policy Network (GEPN), the Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World (OWSD), and the World Association of Professional Scientists (WAPS).

Dr. Radwan is a member of editorial boards for various international journals and continues to be a dedicated reviewer. She is known for her international collaborations and active participation in academic and scientific communities across the globe​(ICCR Resilience)​(IRMA International).

Dr. Mahender Singh Kaswan is a distinguished Assistant Professor at Lovely Professional University'School of Mechanical Engineering in Phagwara, India. He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution and an M.Tech in Industrial and Production Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshera.

Dr. Kaswan specializes in Industry 4.0/5.0, Lean Six Sigma, Lifecycle Assessment, and Clean Technologies, making significant strides in these areas through his research. His academic journey includes previous roles at BRCM College of Engineering and Technology and Guru Jambheshwar University. A multiple-time GATE qualifier and NPTEL topper, Dr. Kaswan has also served as a Guest Editor for esteemed journals, contributing to the integration of Green Lean Six Sigma with Industry 4.0,driving sustainability and operational excellence in the manufacturing sector.

Dr. David Tereladze is a distinguished academic administrator with over 16 years of international experience in higher education. Born and raised in Moscow, Russia, he holds a Ph.D. in Economics(2011) from Saint Petersburg State University of Economics, where he also earned his Master's (2009)and Bachelor's (2007) degrees in Finance.
Currently, Dr. Tereladze is the Executive MBA Program Director at the American University of Science in Vietnam, a position he began in September 2024. In this role, he leads the strategic development of the Executive MBA program, ensuring that it remains aligned with industry trends and institutional goals. His leadership is marked by a focus on curriculum innovation, data-driven program enhancements, and collaboration with marketing teams to expand the program’s visibility.
Prior to his current role, Dr. Tereladze was the Associate Dean of Business at the American International University in Kuwait (2023-2024). Here, he oversaw faculty recruitment, curriculum development, and managed accreditation processes for AACSB, ACCA, and CMI. His administrative acumen extended to budget management, faculty evaluation, and promotion of research and scholarship within the business school.
Dr. Tereladze’s earlier experience includes nearly a decade as the Vice Dean of Business at the Russian National Academy in Moscow (2014-2023), where he was instrumental in international partnerships, implementing double-degree programs with universities in Asia and Europe. He also managed large-scale academic operations, including budget allocations for student exchange programs.
Fluent in multiple languages—English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Georgian—Dr. Tereladze is known for his expertise in strategic planning, cross-cultural communication, curriculum development, and accreditation processes. His teaching interests include international economics, risk management, and financial management in emerging markets. His research focuses on speculative capital flows, financial bubbles,and crises in emerging markets.
Dr. Tereladze has received numerous awards throughout his career, including the “Best Vice Dean”award in 2021 from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration(RANEPA), and the Employee of the Month recognition in 2018.

Dr. Kayhan Zrar Ghafoor holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Salahaddin University (2003), an MSc in Remote Weather Monitoring from Koya University (2006), and a PhD in Wireless Networks from University Technology Malaysia (2011). He is a senior lecturer in the Department of Software Engineering at Salahaddin University, Iraq, and has published over 50 research papers in renowned international journals and conferences. Dr. Kayhan has served as a guest editor for the special issue on Network Protocols and Algorithms for Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks in Mobile Networks & Applications (MONET), and holds editorial positions with several international journals.

He has chaired international workshops and conferences, and participated as a Technical Program Committee (TPC) member for over 30 conferences. He was awarded the UTM Chancellor Award at the 48th UTM Convocation in 2012, as well as the UTM International Doctoral Fellowship and a scholarship from the Kurdistan Regional Government. His research focuses on Vehicular Communication, Internet of Things, Big Data in VANET, and Software Defined Networks. He is a member of professional bodies including the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society, IEEE Communications Society, Internet Technical Committee, and the International Association of Engineers.
