Dr. Neyara Radwan is an Associate Professor of Industrial Engineering at
AlMaarefa University in Saudi Arabia and the Faculty of Engineering at Suez Canal
University in Egypt. She has also served as a key figure in Quality Assurance for

Born and raised in Moscow, Russia, he holds a Ph.D. in Economics(2011) from Saint

Currently, Dr. Tereladze is the Executive MBA Program Director at the American
University of Science in Vietnam, a position he began in September 2024. In this

evaluation, and promotion of research and scholarship within the business

Dr. Tereladze’s earlier experience includes nearly a decade as the Vice Dean of
Business at the Russian National Academy in Moscow (2014-2023), where he was
instrumental in international partnerships, implementing double-degree programs with
universities in Asia and Europe. He also managed large-scale academic operations,
including budget allocations for student exchange programs.
Fluent in multiple languages—English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Georgian—Dr. Tereladze

Dr. Kayhan Zrar Ghafoor holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Salahaddin
University (2003), an MSc in Remote Weather Monitoring from Koya University (2006),
and a PhD in Wireless Networks from University Technology Malaysia (2011). He is a
senior lecturer in the Department of Software Engineering at Salahaddin University,
